Copyright Removal Request

If you believe your copyright-protected work has been posted on Redpanda without your permission, you can submit a request to have the content removed. Please note that submitting a copyright removal request is a legal procedure.

Before submitting your request, please keep the following in mind:

  • To submit a copyright removal request, email help@redpanda.sg.
  • The copyright holder, or an authorized agent acting on their behalf, should submit the request.
  • Copyright exceptions: Consider whether exceptions such as fair use, fair dealing, or other similar protections apply. We may ask you to confirm that you’ve considered these exceptions. If you do not respond appropriately or if an exception applies, the content you flagged may not be removed.
  • Personal information: Be aware of how your contact details will be used after submitting your copyright removal request.
