Posting

Posting on Redpanda is an excellent way to share your thoughts, ideas, and interesting content with a wide and varied audience. To create a post, you’ll first need to find a community that aligns with your interests.

To make a post in a community:

1. Click Create Post at the top of the community page and write your post.
2. Hit Post to publish.

Edit your post on Redpanda

1. Click the overflow menu in the top-right of your post.
2. Select Edit Post, then modify the title or content of your post.
3. When you’re finished, click Submit.

Keep in mind

• You cannot edit your post once 15 minutes have passed since submission.
• Only the title and content of the post can be edited. Attachments cannot be added or removed after publishing.

Delete a post on Redpanda

1. Click the overflow menu in the top-right of your post.
2. Select Delete Post.

Keep in mind

• You cannot delete your post once 15 minutes have passed since submission.

Commenting

Commenting on Redpanda is a great way to engage in conversations with other users.

Comment on a post

1. Click the white box that says Write a comment.
2. Type your comment.
3. Click the Comment button to submit it.

Reply to a comment

1. Scroll down to find the comment you want to reply to.
2. Click Reply below that comment.
3. Add your reply and click Comment to post.

1. Click the overflow menu beneath your comment.
2. Select Edit Comment, then update the content of your comment.
3. Click Submit when you’re done.
